CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1 (16 oz.) jar cranberry orange relish
1 unpeeled apple chopped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice and let stand until almost jelled. Combine cranberry orange relish, chopped apples and pecans; fold into the almost jelled mixture. Pour into a 1 quart mold. Chill until firm.
