NUTTY BEAN BREAD 
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. can pork and beans
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place raisins in small bowl, cover with boiling water. Let stand for 10 minutes, drain. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Add beans, oil, eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour batter into a 9 X 5 greased and floured pan.

Bake at 325°F for 65 to 75 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
