DRY POTATO DUMPLINGS 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. dehydrated mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk or water
1 tbsp. butter

Cut into mixture butter or shortening. Add milk, stir lightly until flour mix is dampened. Drop by spoonfuls onto stew or vegetables then cover and simmer until done. This should be about 12 to 15 minutes.
