VEGETABLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) bags broccoli, cauliflower, carrot medley
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs

Prepare vegetables as per package directions. On a slow flame, melt cheese with milk. Put vegetables in an 8x10 inch casserole. Pour cheese sauce over vegetables. Melt butter, mix crumbs with butter. Crumble mixture over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
