1/2 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 - 2 lb. chuck steak, chopped up 1 tbsp. garlic 1 lg. onion Bell pepper Soup bone 3-4 zucchini 2 stalks celery 5 carrots Broccoli Swiss chard 1 can corn or 1 can kidney beans Salt & pepper to taste 2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. cumin 1 tbsp. sweet basil Saute meat in oil over medium high. Add chopped onions, garlic, bell pepper. Turn down heat. Add seasoning and soup bone, water over top meat. Simmer 2 hours. Add vegetables and cook 1 hour. Add can vegetables last. |
