CREAM GRAVY 
Pan drippings from fried chicken or chicken fried steak
1/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk
Salt and pepper

Over low/medium heat, add 1/4 cup of flour slowly to 2 tablespoons of the pan drippings, constantly stirring. Add quart of milk slowly, stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste while gravy is thickening. Good with chicken fried steak fingers.
