2 lbs. ground beef 2 med. onions, chopped 2 green peppers, chopped 2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes 2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. raw brown rice Brown beef in cast iron skillet. Drain off fat. Place all ingredients in crock pot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook at low heat 6-8 hours. May be cooked in the iron skillet at low heat for 3-4 hours. |
