BROCCOLI-YELLOW RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pack frozen broccoli (chopped or spears)
1 (5 oz.) pack yellow rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Saute celery and onions in butter. Cook rice and broccoli as directed. Add 1/2 cup water to soup and add jar of Cheez Whiz and heat until cheese melts. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
