BRUNCH BASH 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
12 eggs
2 c. milk

Brown, crumble and drain pork sausage. Place potatoes in a greased 9"x13" pan. Top with sausage, cheese and green pepper. Beat together eggs and milk and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. 8 to 10 servings.
