BRUNCH BLINTZES 
2 pkg. frozen Golden Cheese Blintzes
1/4 c. melted butter
2-3 tbsp. sugar
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. orange juice

Grease oblong Pyrex to fit 12 blintzes in one layer. Put all remaining ingredients in blender for 1 minutes. Pour over blintzes. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into small squares. Serve plain or with fruit.
