SPEEDY COCOA SNACK CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. water 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. distilled white or cider vinegar 2 tsp. vanilla extract Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an 8 or 9 inch microwave safe baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in a 4 cup measure. Stir into flour mixture until well blended. Microwave on high 6 or 7 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Moist spots on cake will dry. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
