1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 lb. confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter

Mix mashed potatoes with sifted sugar. Roll out in an oblong shape and spread with peanut butter. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut in slices. Keep cool in the refrigerator.
