1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar, sifted

Mix warm mashed potatoes with sifted sugar. Roll out in an oblong shape. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut in slices.
