| EASY POUND CAKE | |
 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 1/2 cup milk 2 sticks butter 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. lemon, almond or vanilla extract 5 large eggs Put all of above ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat for 10 minutes. Pour into a 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake in preheated 325°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Submitted by: CM | |

The only thing I did different was beat sugar butter eggs and vanilla 1st then you could alter flour and milk but I just threw it in was fine.
