EASY SANTA COOKIES 
1 pkg. refrigerated cookie dough
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. milk
2 to 3 drops red food coloring
Chocolate chips
Cinnamon candies
Miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. coconut

Freeze cookie dough at least 1 hour. Cut dough into 1/4 inch slices. Place 3 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes. Cool completely. Combine powdered sugar and butter, adding enough milk for good spreading consistency. Beat until smooth. Color half the frosting red. Use the red frosting to make a hat on the cooled cookies. Make beard with white frosting. Use frosting to attach chocolate chips for eyes, cinnamon for nose, and marshmallow for tassel on hat. Sprinkle beard with coconut. Approximately 2 1/2 dozen.
