FRUIT COOKIE PIZZA 
1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Several kinds of "colorful" fruit, fresh or canned

GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Pat out cookie dough in a circular or rectangular pizza pan. Bake as directed and cool.

Cream together the Cool Whip and cream cheese and spread over the large cooled cookie. Arrange fruit (drained, if necessary) in any design to cover the cheese mixture.

Boil all ingredients for the Glaze for 1 minute. Let cool, then drizzle over fruit. Serves 6-8 people.
