NA-NA'S CHOCOLATE CHIP GIANT
COOKIE
 
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350°F. Line two 9- inch round pizza pans, extending foil over edges of pan.

Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add egg, beat well. Mix flour and baking soda. Add slowly to butter mixture, beating until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread one half of batter into each prepared pizza pan, spreading to 1 inch from edge. Cookies will spread to edge when cooking.

Bake 18-22 minutes or lightly brown.

Cool completely. Carefully lift cookies from pans and remove foil.

Cut each cookie into wedges.

Serves 12-16.
