4 c. sliced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 strawberry cake mix, or yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
dash of cinnamon or nutmeg

Evenly place sliced rhubarb in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb, then cinnamon over sugar. Sprinkle cake mix next. Melt butter and drizzle over everything.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

You can sprinkle 1/2 C. chopped nuts on top before baking if you like.
