CARROTS WITH TOPS 
Bunch of carrots with tops

Break off carrot tops. Scrub carrots and slice into thin diagonals, rounds or slivers. Place in cooking pot. Rinse carrot tops in a basin of cold water. Remove green leaves from stems and chop lightly. Place on top of carrots, add water to cover bottom of pot, and simmer 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
