TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot water

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

1: Mix flour and sugar together. Combine butter, cocoa, and hot water in saucepan. Boil, stirring constantly. Mix well with flour mixture while hot. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well; pour into greased 12 x 18 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

2: Combine butter, cocoa, and milk in saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir until blended. Remove from heat; add sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well. Pour over hot cake. Cool.
