LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can tomatoes
1/3 c. water
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. onions, chopped
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced

Brown meat, add onion. Cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings. Cook and simmer 30 minutes. In a 12 x 8 inch baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce and cheese and repeat until all is used up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
