TEXAS POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

In a saucepan melt the soup, sour cream, cream cheese and grated cheese. Pour mix over potatoes and mix well. Cover with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
