CHERRY NUT REFRIGERATOR COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
6 c. all-purpose flour
1 lb. candied cherries, cut in half
1 c. chopped walnuts

Soften butter, cream with sugars. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, mixed with flour. Mix well and add cherries and chopped nuts. Form into rolls, about 4, wrap in foil and place in refrigerator overnight.

When ready to bake, slice thin and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until light brown. Foil wrapped dough can be frozen.
