PORTUGUESE SHRIMP 
1 lb bag of jumbo shrimp
1 can of beer (One that you like)
4 packets of Goya Sazon
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil

In a deep skillet warm olive oil and add Butter until melted. Add chopped garlic to the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes.

Add the shrimp (skin on) and add seasoning packets; mix all together. Add your can of beer to the pan, continue to stir. Continue cooking for about 15-20 minutes until shrimp is opaque.

And like a traditional Portuguese family, dig right in with your fingers!!

Good served with rice.
