PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. dry rice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt (I don't use this much)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 slightly beaten egg

Heat together 1 can of tomato soup and 1/2 cup of water. Mix beef, onion, salt, pepper and rice. Add egg. Form mixture into meatballs. Pour soup and water into a casserole dish. Drop meatballs into soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
