FUDGE SUNDAE PIE 
1 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. mini-marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 box vanilla wafers
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Put evaporated milk, chocolate morsels, marshmallows and salt into heavy 1-quart saucepan. Stir over medium heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt completely and mixture thickens. Take off heat. Cool to room temperature.

Line bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan with vanilla wafers. Spoon half of ice cream over wafers. Cover with half of chocolate mixture. Repeat with rest of ice cream and chocolate. Place pecans (optional) on top. Freeze until firm, 3-5 hours. Serves 8-10.
