VEGI TACOS 
1 (16 oz.) can vegetarian refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (12 count) box taco shells

TOPPING:

Shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Shredded carrot
Chopped tomato
Sliced avocado
Taco sauce

In a medium saucepan, combine refried beans and green chilies. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Meanwhile, heat taco shells according to package directions. Fill each taco with 2 tablespoons of hot bean mixture. Add choice toppings. Makes 12 tacos.
