VEGIE BALLS 
4 tbsp. oil
2 c. chopped nuts
1 onion, chopped
4 eggs
Celery salt
1 can vegetarian burger
1 1/2 finely crushed crackers
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella dash cheese

Form into balls and place in oiled baking dish. Cover with sauce and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

Saute 1/2 chopped medium onion in 1/2 cube butter and add:
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt

Simmer together for 5 minutes. Then pour over vegie balls.
