TURKEY PARMESAN 
1 egg
4 or 5 turkey breasts
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Spaghetti sauce

Combine egg with salt and pepper. Mix in separate bowl, bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese. Dip each cutlet in egg then in crumbs. Saute cutlets over medium heat on both sides. Slice Mozzarella cheese and cover with sauce then top with sliced cheese. Cover skillet until cheese melts.
