CHICKEN CHOW MEIN | |
3 c. cooked chicken, diced 1 1/2 c. celery, sliced 1/2 c. onion, sliced thin 3/4 c. chicken broth or water 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 can bean sprouts, drained 1 bag or 2 cans chow mein noodles Mix chicken, celery, onion, broth, soup, and bean sprouts together. Put 1 1/2 cans or 3/4 bag of noodles on the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Put mixture on top and smooth out. Add remaining noodles on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, uncovered. |
