CHOW MEIN CHICKEN #2 
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. chow mein noodles
1 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. cashew nuts
1 can mushroom soup

Saute onion and celery in butter, add broth and soup. In casserole mix all ingredients together, except the nuts. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
