BEEF AND NOODLES 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
2 pkgs. gravy mix or 1 jar brown gravy

Step 1 = Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon celery salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Optional = you may add chopped onions.

Note = Adding water to the ground beef will keep the meat from sticking.

Step 2 = With medium sauce pan, fill about half full with water. Add 1/4 cup oil and 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil and add noodles and cook until tender. Then drain.

Step 3 = Combine noodles and browned beef. Then cover with brown gravy.
