CHICKEN DIVINE 
1 lg. bunch broccoli, pre-cooked, or 2 sm. bunches, use spears only
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked, break into bite sized pieces
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 can whole mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lemon, juice only
1-2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 lg. can French fried onion rings

After you have cooked broccoli; drain. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Put broccoli in buttered casserole intermingled with mushrooms and chestnuts. Put half of the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder mixture over broccoli. Layer chicken on top of broccoli. Put rest of soup mixture on top of chicken. Top with grated cheese and French fried onions. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
