SECOND DAY TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 can sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
Crushed potato chips

Stir soup into mayonnaise; set aside. Mix other ingredients. Toss soup mixture with turkey mixture. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
