ROADSIDE POTATOES 
24 oz. frozen hashbrowns
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Thaw hash browns and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bring half & half, milk, butter and salt to a boil and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
