CRAWFISH ETOUFEE' 
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 c. chopped onion (yellow or white)
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. Tony's
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 lb. crawfish
1 tbsp. green onion (tops only)
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

In 2-quart microwave bowl mix: butter, onion, bell pepper, garlic. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables are cooked and browned. Add paprika, Worcestershire sauce, Tony's and crawfish (on the side mix cornstarch and water, then add to above). Cover dish with plastic wrap. Microwave 9 to 11 minutes. Garnish with green onions or parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
