SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed white sweet potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

TOPPING:

1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 stick butter, melted

Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into 9 x 12 inch pan. Blend Bisquick, brown sugar, and nuts together and add melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the potatoes and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees until light brown and bubbly.
