SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick of butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
2 eggs

Mix the above ingredients. Pour in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour and sugar. Remove from heat and add pecans and coconut.
