MIGAS 
6 corn tortillas
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Tear tortillas into small pieces and fry in skillet in which you have heated 4 tablespoons oil. Fry tortillas until crisp and light brown. Add onion and stir. Fry onions until translucent. Add beaten eggs, salt and pepper and cook until eggs are cooked. Enough for 2 or 3 people.
