PEA AND PEANUT SALAD 
2 lbs. frozen green peas

Cook for 5 minutes in lightly salted water, chill overnight. Drain.

Add to peas: 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. salad dressing

Just before serving, add 1/2 pound salted Spanish peanuts.
