NO-BAKE PUMPKIN CREAM PIE 
1 graham cracker crust

Pie:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Cool Whip (optional)

Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and spice with mixer 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy. Add pumpkin; mix well. Spoon into pie crust. Chill at least 6 hours. Serve with Cool Whip.
