CLASSIC MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

1/3 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients for meatloaf. Divide into two loaves and place on meat rack. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven on full power for 7 minutes.

Remove plastic wrap. Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over meatloaves. Return to microwave for an additional 7 minutes on full power or until a temperature of 140 degrees is reached. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
