MICROWAVE CHEESE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

2 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place butter in a 2 quart microwaveable utility dish. Heat on full power for 1 minute or until melted. Blend in crumbs, sugar and cinnamon and press crumb mixture firmly in bottom and along sides of dish. Cook on full power for 1 1/2 minutes until firm (rotate half way). Blend cream cheese until smooth and beat in eggs, one at a time. Add sugar and vanilla; mix until smooth.

Pour into crust and cook on medium high power 12-15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean (rotate halfway through).

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; blend well. Pour over cake and cook on full power 1-2 1/2 minutes or until outer edge is set. Chill and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
