CHILI CON CARNE 
2 c. cooked pinto beans, drained
1 c. coarsely chopped ground meat
1/2 onion
1 1/2 c. water
1 pt. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat and onions in a skillet. Add beans, tomatoes, water, salt and chili powder. Cook slow for about 1 hour until meat is done. You may need to add a little more water too keep a thick rich soup.
