LEMONADE CHEESECAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 1 c. sour cream 1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade, thawed 3 eggs 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened TOPPING: 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix, 1 cup sour cream, lemonade, cream cheese and eggs at low speed until moistened. Beat at high speed for 4 minutes. Spoon into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake 50-60 minutes until it tests done. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Combine topping and pour over cake. Refrigerate. |
