CARAMEL CORN 
7 qts. popped popcorn
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peanuts

Melt butter, sugar, syrup and salt and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add the soda. Pour over the popcorn and peanuts. Mix well. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Pour onto waxed paper and let cool. Stir to keep from sticking together.
