BIBB AND WALNUT SALAD 
Use a clear glass bowl.

3 heads Bibb lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
3/4 c. olive oil
6 tbsp. wine vinegar
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Arrange lettuce in bowl. Sprinkle with walnuts and toss with oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Serves 8.
