1/2 c. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. apple cider
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. yellow food coloring, if desired
4 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise. Slowly add apple cider until blended. Stir in sugar and add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend well. Chill. Refrigerate any unused portion. Yield: 2 cups.
