CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
1 pkg. (4 oz.) sweet chocolate, or sq. semi-sweet, melted & cooled
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked pie shell

Stir eggs, syrup, chocolate, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
