CARAMEL-CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces
1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

1. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips in bottom of pie shell.

2. Drizzle caramel over pecans and chips.

3. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

4. Add eggs one at a time on low speed just until combined.

5. Pour mixture over caramel, nut mixture.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

7. Chill before serving. May be garnished with chocolate shavings or dusted with "quick" powder or cocoa powder.
